Senior Capitol Correspondent Tim Skubick will focus on state capitol news and developments that impact public safety in general with an emphasis on fire departments. This will include a discussion of new federal and state funding that will relate to every member's local budget and will impact the services you are now providing. Anticipating the budget increase for fire departments will be well above the normal one or two percent increase, you will learn how you might add additional services to protect your local residents. Mr. Skubick's objective is to provide inside information on decisions made in Lansing that you need to know before those decisions are made so you can have input on the debate.
