Ms. Brianna Briggs currently serves as the Operations Management Section Manager with the Michigan State Police, Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division (MSP/EMHSD).  Ms. Briggs has been with the EMHSD for over 10 years.  She oversees the operational processes and readiness of the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC), the Michigan Critical Incident Management System (MI CIMS), the statewide logistics program, and emergency communications.
