Dave currently serves as Michigan Task Force 1 (MI-TF1) Program Manager and Michigan MABAS Special Operations Director. Dave worked 25 years for the Clinton Township Fire Department with extensive special operations experience and 5+ years as Macomb County Emergency Management Program Manager. MI-TF1 is Michigan’s only Urban Search and Rescue Type III Task Force that has deployed to Hurricanes Irma, Florence, Dorian, Ida, and the Midland Floods in 2020. MI-TF1 consists of 150 members from 42 fire departments across Michigan trained to FEMA standards.
