Diane Schroeder has 22 years of experience working in leadership roles in the U.S. Fire Service. For 16 years, she has been focused on delivering authentic leadership and creating healthy work cultures to thrive. She currently serves as a Battalion Chief for the Louisville Fire Protection District outside of Boulder, CO. Diane's passion lies in building the bridges that allow organizations to get from where they are to where they want to go. She has a MA in Organizational Leadership, BA in Public Administration, Executive Fire Officer certification, and a TEDx speaker.  Diane serves on the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) planning committee and is a member of the Diversity Education Leadership Program (iDELP).
